My blog has more words of content than the first three Harry Potter books combined. Or more than the 5th book (the longest Harry Potter book). So that's neat.

👋🏼 Woke up at 5am, decided not to just doom-scroll so got up and wrote and scheduled 2 blog posts. I haven't had the real urge to write like this in a while, it was fun 🥰 Now it's 6:30 which means it's time for exercise ✨

Bloggers who post frequently (2x/wk) are rarely worth reading consistently. I read for insights. And no writer can generate profound insights on a fixed schedule. I aggregate writers who publish sporadically. When they post, they truly have something to say.Julian Shapiro (@Julian)Sat, 09 Jan 2021 20:19 GMT

I guess that one of the advantages of having a reasonable archive in your blog is seeing how your writing has improved. I now cringe a bit at how I expressed myself in 2018 but I see growth in my most recent stuff. That’s a nice feeling 😊Ana Rodrigues (@ohhelloana)Thu, 19 Aug 2021 18:29 +0000

write a website. So it's reviewable after the fact, at anyone's own chosen pace, can be subscribed to, works everywhere, doesn't need a special app, and one can forward links to it to other people to pass on suggestions.

Have you considered posting on your own site? With an RSS feed folks can stay up to date, you can make the content as accessible as possible, instead of being under a platform's constraints etc?

As I've officially posted my final blog post of the year, that closes off another year of weekly blogging. I set myself this challenge in 2017 and hey -- it's already the end of 2020. 😂It's become a habit that has just stuck with me. Admittedly I found some weeks tougher to sit
