At this point... I can't wait for the day @Apple goes full USB-C the only hold out are iPhones at this point and it's ridiculous.

Apple has crushed my soul

holy shit. just in case you needed more evidence apple is the fucking worst. literally anyone can stick a tracking tag on you now and it doesn't even matter if /you/ have an iphone or not
for example—if someone slipped one in your purse. Your phone is off but you’re in a mall. As long there are ppl in the mall that have iPhones, every time you walk near someone else’s iPhone, the bad guy owner of the AirTag will get a LIVE update on your location.

Saying that physical co-mingling is vital to innovation is literally telling your disabled and distributed employees that they aren't an imperative part of your inventions and growth, and identifying it as the catalyst removes all of the times one of those employees sparked it.

Did Apple announce native container / Docker support this year at WWDC? They didn’t? Ah, I guess nobody uses containers anyway so no problem… 🙄

Re: Apple. Hiring people can/will hugely impact their life and it’s not something that should be taken lightly. Although this guy seems 🙄, they sought him out, he sold his house and moved, etc. The whole situation is gross. Apple is 100% to blame here.

It's hard to write docs when your keyboard is broken
Apple's developer documentation used to be top notch, what happened in the last 5 years??

RT @JustGetFlux In 2009 we first approached Apple to get f.lux on iPhones. Years of promises of API access. The last conversation we had with them was "that's too weird for most of our users. Like the Klingon keyboard." Then, they announced their clone onstage, Macworld 2016.

If Apple Watch can detect hand washing now then it can probably detect other activities involving vigorous hand motions and I for one would like to know what Apple is doing with the data

This is very good news - open standards like OpenID Connect (OIDC) make interoperability and integration easier, so hats off to Apple!
