I have nerve damage in my leg after an operation; I think I burnt it by compiling Chromium on my laptop yesterday and not feeling a thing.

Blimey! It finally happened. At some point in the last few months, @Bitly closed down this privacy hole. You used to be able to add a + to *any* bitly URl to see *all* its statistics. Now you can only do it for your own links.Post details
This is why we don't use bitly in our work. *Anyone* can add a + to the end of the URl and see where your traffic has come from. Are your users happy knowing you're leaking that data to the whole world?Terence Eden (@edent)Mon, 05 Aug 2019 15:01 +0000

RT @RobRWAPPEnjoyed the latest Under the Radar. Iβm dyslexic and struggle with maths. This held me back from working in software for years. In reality itβs never been an issue. I'm noticing that my writing is changing for @CronWeekly. Instead of "reporting" on news/projects in a neutral fashion, I let my own opinions slide in more. Not sure if everyone appreciates this, but it's a heck of a lot more fun to write what *I* feel about things.Mattias Geniar (@mattiasgeniar)Fri, 21 Feb 2020 10:06 GMT

WTF this is very creepy and I don't see how it's supposed to generate a positive disposition to their data-structure server. I don't remember giving them my details and work address in the last few years, or consenting to this, so wondering if it's GDPR-compliant either.
