Hey newbies. Here's a (not so secret) thing you should know: Nobody agrees on what a senior dev is. Some people with less than two years of industry experience have that title. While others don't have that title for 10. And senior at company A isn't senior at company B.

I disagree with the co-opting of the term privilege here. And it's also really shitty to equate child free to privilege, especially bc for disabled people like me being child free is not a privilege and not really a choice.
