I don't agree that you should *have* to learn things on your own time "to keep up to date" with your job. If you can't do that at all during work then there's something wrong. The act of work, especially in a knowledge based career like tech, should include learning.

I cannot get over the fact that Chadwick Boseman was diagnosed with Stage Three cancer, and then made Civil War, Marshall, Black Panther, Infinity War, Endgame, 21 Bridges and Da 5 Bloods. All the while not mentioning it in public, and inspiring all those people. Extraordinary.

I had to think for a bit, but once I had a think about it, it did make a bit of sense. But I do think it's very unclear - there needs to be a singular "Learn more" which takes you to a detailed explanation which allows you to OK or disable it.
