Would be interesting for teams to have (informal) code review reviews once or twice yearly to calibrate nit-picking levels and gauge the split in focus between syntax, structure and UX/DX. You can write docs for this stuff but I think many of us can learn from each other.

Mozilla's work on Firefox is a drop in the ocean of the impact Mozilla has. Advocacy, policy, research, developer tooling, standards work. I don't know what your specific issues with Mozilla's current behaviour are (happy to discuss) by I respectfully disagree. We need them.

Having seen some vile comments on otherwise sensible threads, I'm rather pleased with this ability to limit replies. I don't see it as much different to moderating comments on your blog. Yes, Twitter is a walled garden, but that doesn't mean you can't prune the weeds.
