Last year was a lot. Got laid off, serious depression, my marriage ended, had to move, my adopted father cut contact (he really liked my ex 🤷‍♀️), my sister died...just oof. This year has been SO EASY. Teaching more, working less, more exercise, more sleep and more social contact.
