As someone who had been going to Reddit for years before engaging with Twitter, I (respectfully) never know what you guys are talking about. In my experience Twitter is a hell of a lot more toxic than anything I've ever seen on Reddit

I know this isn't a new thought, but it's crazy how Reddit as a larger community is one of the worst places on the internet, but niche subreddits for nerd shit like mycology or ultralight backpacking are some of the most helpful and nicest places online.
