Y'all I can't with these discriminatory hiring practices. I was just rejected from a role for not being technical enough when I asked for more feedback was told it was a lack of familiarity with the technology they were using. I wrote the package they're using. Make it make sense

jira is insanely configurable which means the setup at company A will be entirely different from company B. You can absolutely make it sane and fine to use; but flows will almost certainly not translate between companies which means a lot of relearning
