Most of what gets shared as heartwarming stories are usually temporary, small-scale responses to systemic failures. I wish we found it just as inspirational to make structural changes to unjust systems, but I don’t know if our culture knows how to tell those stories.

On the last day, skip+ level managers should do exit interviews, not HR. HR usually treats it as a form filling exercise. But for skip levels, it is a rare chance to get more-honest-than-usual feedback w/ ~no repercussions. Also interesting to give choice of exit interviewers.
