I cannot believe companies are using a tool like Pluralsight flow for sw engineers. It measures targets like coding days, lines of code & target impact (whatever that is). It's the definition of micromanagement. Good luck to anyone managed by this software. From an ad they run:

we learned that I typically took 6 days between starting a PR and putting it up for review because I was the team lead and got pulled onto a production incident every week but my more junior coworkers were more streamlined and usually took 2 days… groundbreaking stuff

Farewell to this ancient MacBook Air. It saw me through 6(?) years of service in GDS, NHSX, CDDO, DSA, & SGS. I've done the KonMari thing and gave it a little hug goodbye before sending it off to be recycled. And now I can begin the hunt for new stickers for its replacement 😄
