One of the quickest way I have found to get more productive: clean my glasses. The amount of times I thought I was getting sleepy or tired, only to realise my glasses are too dirty to see through and its clouding my judgement is hilarious.

I hate this trend of censoring any “dangerous” phrases in spaces where it is entirely useless to do so. not only does it mess up any potential filters put in place to help survivors avoid certain harmful topics but it is also just makes whatever serious topic sound so unserious
