Spotify, Riot, & AWS all gave me coding exercises I never come close to in my actual job. None of them handled my accommodations request very well (no live audience), either. We need to normalize sharing *good* stories about interviewing. Between AWS, Riot, Spotify and Citadel, I was never asked a single comp sci leetcode question.
