(alcohol) Sometimes forgetting something in the cupboard pays off. I had a bottle of Delirium Rouge from my January 2020 trip to Belgium I still hadn’t drunk, and it turns out the cherries bottle fermented. Less sweet, tarter, and a whole lot boozier.
