Strong opinion: unlimited PTO is bullshit, period. Unlimited PTO with a mandatory minimum is what you should be thinking about.

Strong opinion: "Unlimited PTO" but "you're compared to how much you take versus your peers" is not unlimited PTO. It encourages people to keep working and burn out even when they need to take the time out of fear of retribution/not having it later.
