Is component scanning enabled? Just wondering if the bean isn't being created. Could also check it's hooked in with an @Autowired in a (test) class too

Are you using my exact code or trying to apply it to your own codebase? The apisEndpointAuthorizer is a specific bean name and needs to exist in your project, or be renamed to match what you would be using as an injected bean
