#OopsIDidItAgain The Bug is in Twitter's web UI. If you block an account, and then immediately unblock them, their follower count is reduced by one. EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T FOLLOW THEM TO START WITH. You can repeat this, but once you refresh the page, the count resets.
