I had an offer for Cambridge. My centre assessment grades were A*AA - i met my offer. After standardisation i got AAB. An algorithm literally said fuck your hard work, it doesn't match the pattern of the school you attend...i have to laugh #AlevelResults

Would be interesting for teams to have (informal) code review reviews once or twice yearly to calibrate nit-picking levels and gauge the split in focus between syntax, structure and UX/DX. You can write docs for this stuff but I think many of us can learn from each other.
