I just finished #TheExpanse. It was an excellent series. 10/10. Each and every actor did a stellar job. It had beautiful lessons on love, friendship, loss, & leadership. I am sad to leave these characters. They were beautiful.

I was today years old when I learned that `dind` is an acronym for "Docker-in-Docker". I had seen it *everywhere* but never knew what it meant. 🤦🏻‍♀️ A good reminder to write out the acronym FIRST to make sure everyone's on the same page.

Yes to variable expiry, but on refresh tokens not access tokens. Access tokens should always be short lived to the point you don't care. But stick it on the refresh token (or make it standard to allow no refresh at all, so it expires after that first hour) - that'd be cool!

Years ago I was offered a sabbatical. I refused, because I wanted to stay on top of the things I had going at work at the time. You know what’s funny? I have no recollection of what those specific things were. But I am sure I would remember what I would have done w the time off.

Has anyone else just deleted their linkedIn account? It's such a depressing place. Every time I log in (rarely) I just get a sea of recruitment spam and unknown people wanting to 'connect'. Is it actually helpful? Do employers really look at it?

I sort of find it useful to look up people I'm going to be working with. See their background / experience. I don't post anything there or read what other people have written. But I think it is useful as an acceptable way to publish your CV.
