Immunocompromised people can’t just live in a vacuum. They’re a part of society too. They are your doctors, teachers, bankers, baristas, grocery store clerks etc. Please stop saying that high risk people should just stay home so others can live their lives without inconvenience.

I don't expect a thank you note. However, I do think employers should follow up with job candidates after an interview & thank them, let them know when a decision has been made or if there are delays. That doesn't always happen.

When @github announced a new feature (diagram support in Markdown, called "Mermaid") they also created a dependency on a library that is orphaned and no longer maintained. I think there's an xkcd for this that some of us have up on our wall.
