I’m afraid todays system simply isn’t comparable with the 1990’s system. With tuition fees and basic maintenance loan a student now is leaving university with minimum £38k to be paid back (effectively) through the tax system. For many (without parental support) it’s much more.

It has been one year since I accepted therapy and antidepressants. I should have done it much earlier, it would have improved my quality of life and allowed to start fixing root causes earlier. If you see signs of run out and depression, go to the specialist immediately 🙏
