A few months ago I attended a Facebook interview prep session run by their engineers. All of them said that it took them a few months of prep to ace the Facebook interview, even though they were already experienced engineers. Something about that just doesn't sit right with me

Spotify, Riot, & AWS all gave me coding exercises I never come close to in my actual job. None of them handled my accommodations request very well (no live audience), either. I can count on one hand the “good” interview processes I’ve had. Most interview processes are daunting.
