Kat is completely correct here. A code of conduct is critically important to ensure the safety and comfort of all community members as best as is possible. It is *NOT* some magic Uno reverse card to stifle criticism or dissent.

The CNCF code of conduct does not prevent anyone from publicly expressing outrage on twitter over a hastily-made decision that endangers the lives and health of staff, speakers, and attendees at an event three weeks from now. This isn't harassment and Twitter isn't a CNCF space.

I'm sorry to hear that someone has violated the Code of Conduct. However, surely voicing legitimate concerns over the safety of an event does not constitute harassment or abuse. Also, I am *acutely* aware of what constitutes harassment according to the CNCF CoC.
