And I too was laid off from Twitter today with no notice. I was the lead software engineer responsible for the feature where you're reading a tweet and the screen automatically refreshes and you never see that tweet ever again. Wish me luck.

Twitter still seems to be operating fine with...checks notes... 70% fewer employees in a week. If the rumors hold true it will be down 88% since acquisition by Monday. My bet is the site stays up.
