New job at a company where I'm customer-facing (professional services). I still don't know how much I want to cross my personal brand with the company brand, but either way I gotta start blogging and doing conference talks or I'm never going to meet my quarterly objectives. I wonder if there's a sweet spot where you can leverage the company reputation to build your personal brand as much as you're helping to build the company brand. You shouldn't expect your job to be interesting or intellectually stimulating. Those are needs you fulfill in your free time, for example while you're driving to or from work
