I often tell people that it's better to rest and recover, than to push through, heal slower and/or do work you aren't proud of. Practicing what I preach today. My body wins this round, but after a day's rest I reckon I'll be back to full form tomorrow. Never feel guilty for not being well friends :blobfoxheartcute:

Today's test of the UK emergency broadcast system is going to be disappointing, isn't it? I mean, I have become excited by the geek aspects of the whole thing - but the wall-to-wall coverage has really built this up now to the point of hype. It's a shame, we had wine in and were planning a "emergency alert party"

In a conversation on reddit today someone asked if other languages have phrases like "rightie tightie, leftie loosie" to remember which way to turn screws/lids/etc. And one person answers that in Spanish, the phrase is: "La derecha oprime, la izquierda libera." or: "The right oppresses, the left liberates." (Now I kind of want to put this on a t shirt)
