The app is doing what it’s designed for 🤷‍♂️ You can’t make an invasive consent-less “parenting app” that’s not a victim control app because the two tasks are not different. So Google's domain registrar was supposed to have released eight new top level domains on April 2nd (.foo, .zip, .mov, .nexus, .dad, .phd, .prof, and .esq). As of right now they don't seem to be live yet. Now, I'm not an information security kind of guy but I can't be the only one who realizes that having two TLDs that match common and widely used file extensions (.zip and .mov) is absolute pants on head lunacy.
