💻 Deprecating a package with 200,000 installs a week feels funny, but I've been waiting for a chance to bin off swagger-cli for ages. It's not being maintained (some upstream dependencies) but even the name is out of date. Thankfully the #Redocly CLI does everything it did, but better, so I recommend you go use that. More deprecations of old #OpenAPI tooling to come as I find more viable modern alternatives. #APIDesign #APIDevelopment #OpenSource https://www.npmjs.com/package/@redocly/cli

Attached: 1 image Last Wednesday evening @nova had a climbing accident and died. All of us that loved her are heart broken and stunned. She was an amazing person that lived out loud and built connection and community wherever she went. She will be horribly missed.

Gave my mum the packaging of something and asked her to go to the supermarket to get two packs of the same thing. She came back with a different brand version. At that moment, I realised the reason why I have a habit of being very specific in my communication. 🫣

After a long hiatus, I have enough time and headspace to start maintaining adr-viewer again. I spent some time this weekend merging contributor PRs, clearing out old stuff (Travis CI who?), and setting up automated releases. 1.4.0rc1 is now on PyPI and I'm looking forward to giving this project the attention it deserves again. #python https://github.com/mrwilson/adr-viewer
