I've just realised something I adore about Endless Video Calls™. I am *useless* at remembering people's names. I'm utterly hopeless. I used to joke that it would be brilliant if everyone I worked with wore prominent name badges. Now, thanks to video calls, they all do!

My main problem with the discourse around "titles don't matter crowd" is that it never mentions that more often than not titles determine the rooms you get to be in.
