I can see an argument for both sides on this issue, but Facebook deciding one way made it incredibly crystal clear that the opposite side was morally correct.

Paying remote workers differently solely depending on their zip code is immoral. If you can afford to hire from both San Francisco and St Louis, you can afford to pay both the same for the same work. If you can't afford SF rates, that's fine too! blairreeves.me/2020/05/22/pay…

So odd. I’m 76. I don’t feel like I’m 76. I feel like I’m 18 - but have lived a life. A fortunate life. I think of those 18 year olds in all the wars who stayed forever 18 and never had a life. Thank you all for your birthday wishes from this 18 year old who got to have a life.
