Anna Dodson has been doing that too, but found it keeps trying to recommend completely the wrong film - ie Thor 1 after watching Age of Ultron 😂
Ah crap Steve really sorry to hear that - stay safe and let us know if we can do anything to help 🤗
Thanks Adam, you too!
With all the excitement of the #NewHouse, I'd missed this #Christmas hamper from work - what a lovely reminder of #LifeAtCapitalOne and the wonderful ways we're looked after - in addition to the £100 M&S voucher I won last week!

https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/github/site-policy/github-terms-of-service#5-license-grant-to-other-users notes that it's just making a copy ie GitHub's fork button, not then making changes on top of it
"view and fork" != being able to make modifications, so I think my point still stands - I'll have a read of the terms of service though to refresh my understanding though thanks!

They opened it on GitHub in public. She’s done nothing wrong by including details here which would already have been public. For the original q, yeah this strikes me as rude and overreaching for a rando to open a PR

If your portfolio doesn't have a license on it, it's technically illegal for them to contribute to it because it defaults to proprietary. Not many folks realise that, so contributions may come in. But yep, folks raising PRs is possible if a repo is public and they want to help / etc

I told my boss that he was really “going HAM” on google doc edits today. He stared at me blankly for a while until he finally said… “I don’t know what that means.” I had to somehow professionally explain that HAM means ‘hard as a motherfucker’. The ability to have any one person spend a month without a key privilege (class, race, gender, sexuality, etc.) so that they can become more empathetic.
