If you think pair programming is inefficient, try waiting hours to get your code reviewed & having to context switch between tasks while you wait. And then switch back when you get the feedback & have to rethink your approach because you weren’t discussing it as you wrote it.

We recently found that the new 2021 M1 MacBooks cut our Android build times in half. So for a team of 9, $32k of laptops will actually save $100k in productivity over 2022.
