I've been working on a Ruby library for Package URLs (PURL) - the standard way to identify software packages across different ecosystems, you see these in SBOMs a lot: pkg:gem/rails@7.0.0 or pkg:npm/@babel/core. Also, at the time of layoffs at a previous company, we started putting together (slightly) anonymised data, to help with negotiation / applying for new jobs
