Kat is completely correct here. A code of conduct is critically important to ensure the safety and comfort of all community members as best as is possible. It is *NOT* some magic Uno reverse card to stifle criticism or dissent.

The CNCF code of conduct does not prevent anyone from publicly expressing outrage on twitter over a hastily-made decision that endangers the lives and health of staff, speakers, and attendees at an event three weeks from now. This isn't harassment and Twitter isn't a CNCF space.
