One of the reasons I would consider removing the full content is due to size. When I've had extremely long articles in the feed, it's caused some feed readers to break 🄹

If you've not seen the wonderful https://granary.io/ by Ryan Barrett it's worth a look in the meantime, and provides a hosted tool for converting feeds/people/lists to various formats. Works with silos other than Twitter, too ☺

It's also a good way of leading to burnout, and may not actually help in the long run. Definitely can be useful to show off at an interview, but doesn't necessarily always work because the interviews may realise people may have other source code platforms, may not have free time because they're a care giver etc
