I find it hilarious that the multi-hour accessibility training at my company didn’t allow for mouse select of text and a as result I couldn’t use voice over. You know, a tool that helps with my ADHD & focusing when there are big chunks of text 💀

This is the biggest win for the transparency laws. Some cos were posting ranges before they were required to, for this reason. It really stinks (for everyone) to go through an interview process and find out, at the end, that $$$ expectations are radically different.
